Consera is an assistant for contractors. Fred, the assistant inside it, answers questions, reads your photos and plans, writes your paperwork, sends your emails and texts after you approve them, and remembers your work. If something is not working, or you are not sure how to do something, write to us.

Email us

support@consera.build. A person reads every message. We answer within one business day, usually sooner.

It helps to include: the email you sign in with, your phone or device, and what you were doing when it went wrong. If Fred gave an answer that was wrong, paste the question and the answer.

Signing in

• Enter your email. If you set a password, enter it too. If not, leave it blank and we email you a six-digit code that works for ten minutes.
• Forgot your password? Leave it blank, sign in with the emailed code, then set a new one in Settings → Sign-in.
• Consera is invite-only during the launch. If you have an invite code, enter it when the app asks.

Subscription

• Every new account gets a free 3-day trial with everything switched on. After that, Consera Solo is $24.99 a month.
• In the iPhone app the subscription is bought through the App Store and renews through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• In the Android app it is bought through Google Play. Manage or cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• Subscribed on one device and it does not show on another? Open Settings → Plan and tap Restore purchases.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal; access runs to the end of the month you paid for.

Deleting your account

Settings → Account → Delete my account. It deletes your conversations, Fred's notes about you, your files and documents, your connections (Google access is revoked), and your profile. This cannot be undone. If you cannot get into the app, email support@consera.build from your sign-in address and we will delete it for you within 30 days. Cancelling a store subscription is separate: do that in the App Store or Google Play as above.
